This was in the PSO2 soundtrack item code that came out about a month ago. I suggest you wait about one day before you buy it, because there is another PSO2 soundtrack about to come out, and the DJ Booth is included in that item code, along with the other half of the music discs.

There's a minimum character count of 5 characters for messages, so someone can't just post "No" or "Yes".
Anyway, attribute bonuses don't apply to techs, though they'll apply to hitting enemies directly with the rod/talis/cane.
