Some people are saying the IP block is back, what's going on? I can still play.

Maybe they are talking about the SEA version. Earlier this week the IP block on that server was down, but it was reinstated a couple of days ago.

Pretty early in the tutorial, the dialogue & pop-up boxes change to Japanese. Is this normal, or can I fix it?

A lot of the tutorial boxes are actually images and not text, so they can't be translated. Also, sometimes as patches are released, SEGA moves files around and this causes some things to be untranslated.

Question: Is there any way to reorder your friends list in a specific order within their groups?
For example, I have all my team members in my red group, but the order they are in by default is seemingly random. I would like to put them in a specific order so that when I go run my dailies I get the groups of three Friend Partners I want without having to go through the list. The only work around I can think of is to just stick each of those groups in specific color groups, but my other colors are already used for different groups of friends.

If you go to group settings again and pick the same color (say, red) that friend is grouped in, picking red again places that friend at the top of the red group.

Ah, thank you. So in order to get the desired result, I have to start from the bottom and work up.
