Actually I wasn't trying to get mesetas, I was trying to get some cast parts. And then I realise that they were tradable.As for AC scratch, if the more valuable items were more common they wouldn't be very valuable now would they? There's better ways to make meseta than throwing your RL money at AC Scratch.
For mesetas, I usually do daily quest orders.

Does using an equip requirement relaxer have any demerits when extending? Will any of the unit's stats, such as defense, decrease or anything?
Nope, it just relaxes the stat requirement. It will show as a Great Success.
