Are there timed abilities that work on EQs?

i think shironia timed works on magatsu

Tested before, it works.
If you have any doubt then make an EXP up abi then compare the received one before and after. I did use the Unidentified up (it seems SEGA removed this from the list of pickable timed abilites) and never needed to bring Vraolet.

Dumb question, but with all the rage about the new Red weps, I see people mentioning Ex.12 all the time, but not Ex. 13. Is there any con to crafting it up to 13 that makes 12 better?

Level 13 uses Gold material which doesn't have damage variance reduction like silver one

That's news to me. swiki says both Silva and Gold materials have reduced damage variance.
