the set bonus is the same for the 9* and 10* so i imagine you can mix them; yellow/black/white wings for example have different set bonuses

What's the fastest way to get Lottie's PC? Am I supposed to do all her CO's? Or is there a simpler quest line I can follow?

I am trying to do the daily quests from Faina, but it keeps denying me. I get 3 random statements in Japanese than I can't understand. If there is something I need to do first, I would greatly appreciate it.

Is there anything I can do to increase my stability? I'm fairly sure my frequent 630ing error is caused by playing during Japanese Peak times... Since that's basically my own peak times, I was hoping there's something I can do to improve the connection...
