How do I skip straight to EP3 matterboard? I only have 1-1 available from the matterboards and Xian / Xiao aren't there for a cutscene. I made a new character and can't seem to remember how I started straight at EP3. (Yes I have ep 1-3 selected from character screen).

You can't skip to episode 3 anymore since the release of episode 4. Unfortunately, you have to progress through 2 to get to 3 now.
