Will going up on the difficulty on the 'Level Up Quests' increase the chances of dropping 2016 Gold Weapon badges? I read somewhere that Hard and below doesn't drop gold badges at all so I'm assuming XH drops more than SH?

Chip Fragments can be traded at Jeane's shop. You can use them in PSO2 for miscellaneous goods such as a Room Item and a daki Weapon Camo, or you can use them in PSO2es for special Chips and 12* weapons.
