A Revolucio Collection File. Once you get the Nox weapon from it, you can remove it, then accept it again, and the card is cleared, meaning you can get the Nox weapon again.
(I am assuming that there is no trade-in restrictions on weapons from Collection File, so someone correct me if I'm wrong)

u sure about that? with those same boosts I get approx 15.9% solo

Also I just disproved that party play thing with my teammates.

Pretty sure because I run with max RDR boosts as possible (forgot to name off other RDR boosts) and I check after every run from Yamato to see how much the percentage goes up so I have an idea how many more Yamato EQ's i have to do to complete the sheet.

No, you are not crazy. The pso2 community voted for their favorite weapon designs in November and SEGA said they'd release 13* all class versions of the winning weapons.
