Where all the weapon and costume models are stored in the files (or how to find out?) and how to unpack them?

My friend was inquiring about weapon model swapping and I'm sort of interested since swapping my Katana's model with an Orochiagito sounds nice.

I've seen a number of screenshots from JP players that I *think* modded their game so I'm wondering if anyone knows.
