50 Dex on mag is enough?

I was told to give other items to my mag so it doesnt get more than 50 dex, how can i do that?
my mag is currently lvl 132

81 S attack
1 def on a random thing, some spell weapon i gave it when i started playing.

Any advice?

50 Dex is too much. best to go 175 S-ATK, or have like 25 Dex (max) if you want to be sure to sue BR equips.

For that mag, I would just keep maxing S-ATK.

For now, 50 Dex are enough. At 65/65, every combination should get 400 dex which means 450 with the mag which means you can equip anything that is Dex related.
Now the question is: do you need to care about dex related items? That's debatable.

Well, DEX increases your minimum damage, I don't think it affects your maximum, though...

Unless, of course, you are making a braver hybrid build with the braver mag skill. Then, dex increases your striking and ranged attacks too.

Mag stats increase damage negligibly. It will not contribute very much to your overall damage.

Just focus on having enough dex to equip what you want. You can dump the rest into other stat points to fulfill other weapon stat requirements or unit requirements. Refer to wiki.

Raise whatever stats let you equip the gear you want.

Then, raise your main Atk stat or Dex the rest of the way.

Soo.. lurking around as usual with me mainly being new and all (just got my first char to lvl22ranger at the time of this post)and then saw this thread, Dex is mainly negligible then?
