Help : Problems with Tweaker dont even open

Hi, well im new here and sorry but i really need your help xD !

I instaled the game by torrent, downloaded tweaker, moved the archive to the folder : C -> PSO2 > pso2_bin, created a shortcut, and when i open the tweaker a error appears saying that stopped working, i mean i tried everything and i dont pass from here, never saw the interface of the program, just i open and 3 segs later "stopped working".

I tried :
- Run as administrator
- Check firewall
- Check antivirus
- Opening the real archive and not a shortcut
- Checking my .net (it says i need at least 4.0 and i have 4.5)
- reinstalling the game
- waiting to get it fixed alone

None of this things worked, what could it be ?
