GC: How do you get Parasite Wear: Lafuteria????!!

I need help getting Parasite Wear: Lafuteria. I have Parasite Wear: Vajulla and a Parasite Cell D and when I equip Vajulla and try to use Parasite Cell D it doesn't work. Can somebody PLEASE help me with this problem.

Here's a guide to making it. You need stink frames and parasite cell D's.

level 156. First, get a stink frame, than u 3 d-cells on the stink frame. u can do that at like level 115 i think. at 156 use another cell-d and u can get the virus wear.

Thank you very much for your help everyone. I knew that you had to have a fourth Parasite Cell D but what I didin't know is that I have to be level 156 to be able to upgrade it. Thanks a lot.
