How do you get them? Is buying them from the shop the only way?

You can trade a/b/c caps for them at the Stone Shop.

10 a = 1 d
10 b = 1 e
10 c = 1 f

they also drop during respective SHAQs, d run drops e, e run drops f, f run drops d

ppl are averages 8-20, its pretty random/crappy at this point, but you shouldnt ever need to do VH runs ever again
