Troubles with changing my Email

So I got a new computer, and when I went to go play PSO2 I saw that I needed to check my email. Problem is, I forgot it. So, I looked on the forums and saw how to change it. I tried it and this happened (picture below). Its asking me to change my password (which requires my email to do so), and I don't want to, and when I chose "no I don't want to change password" it brings me back to the player site. Can someone explain to me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks in advance!

You need to remember your e-mail.

A lot of account stuff you have on other sites require you to remember the email you signed up with them on, that includes Sega IDs. You can only change your email if you confirmed on your old one.
