I don't have the effects, just names. SEGA likes to jumble them around for me to find them.

The only techs that feel like they do above average damage are Gi Grants and Gi Megid.

Which falls in line with their tendency to make the PAs/techs that weren't available in the game's initial release significantly better then those that were.

Yeep, patched or unpatched, never made a difference. I am hoping by next week when the new version is out that it will fix something.

Say, does the recycle shop cycle different chips each day? Trying to get a sword card, but I'm not sure if I should get that angry face humar with sword card, it's missing the weapon symbol the other cards have.

Chips cycle on a monthly basis.

The Humar chip is decent for low leveled characters, but kind of unimpressive otherwise, as it provides a raw increase to your attack and defense (As opposed to a damage multiplier) based on how many different elements you have in your chip set-up
