Why Sega Made account bind to PSN account?

They should add option to unbind so you can use on other psn account i had to make new account

They won't ban you. Ask around and see if somebody will be willing to help you write an E-mail. Hell, give Google Translate a shot.

i just make new character transfer my stuff from pc account to vita. just need to buy a sub
