Pal Rappy #10 for me.

Step 1: Get 1975 (11 star weapon) from either PINKAL Pal Rappy or WHITILL Mil Lily. (not a common drop)

Step 2: Go do Seek My Master quest (offline), difficulty doesn't matter. Talk to the tekker. He'll recognize the weapon and offer to restore it. Say 'yes.' (note that any and all % on the 1975 will go to 0%)

AFter all that you'll get a brand new useless 12 star weapon that you'll probably spend 20+ hours looking for...

is it worth it to go hunting tollaws for it? i really want a strong melee that can shoot stuff. (The tsumikiri j is out o fquestion) also, the easter rappy is hilarious looking.
