There's actually an easier method if you're using the right soul, a stat booster, and not aiming for ability 3, but it's tedious to explain.

Edit: However it seems that this simulator ignores Soul and perhaps mutation bonus. which isn't that much of an issue if you look it up on Cirnopedia.
