I did extended my weapon in crafting system, used PA Fragment, ironia, meseta.
And now I can't use it. Why?

like I said in the other thread the stat requirements rise with weapon extending
the yellow icon you marked means the weapon can't be traded

I don't think he was insulting you. It seemed to me that he was defending you by suggesting that you aren't particularly proficient in English because it's not your first language.
