It's a PSO thing. Whitil was one of the section IDs in PSO, and 「ホワイティル」 is exactly how it was written in Japan.

Any idea what the hidden bonuses are on that unit?
2ch says that it has PP+10, but no word on its inherent resistances, if it has any. Judging how it is a welfare unit that has Ability 3, All Resist 3, Stamina 3 and Winklum, though, I'm going to guess that it doesn't have resistances at all.
