I recently had to reinstall ProxyCap, and am having trouble getting it to work again. When I try to use it I get Error 10061 (connection refused). Not exactly sure why this is happening considering I haven't changed any firewall settings and my amazon instance still appears to be running as normal. Anyone have any ideas? Any advice would be most appreciated.
EDIT: Managed to solve the problem by re-entering in the source port setting in Putty.

I still can't get this to work... Need some help please.
I followed the everything to the exact and I'm still getting 107 or 249 using the tweaker.
Couple of questions i have
1. How do I know if the Putty client is working after I log in after using the EC2-user?
2. There something I'm missing that is preventing me from making this work correctly?
3. Do i have to use the tweaker to have this method work?
Can someone post instructions for how to use the AWS server as its own proxy? I tried it earlier, but couldn't figure it out.

I'm an idiot. Can someone help me understand why I got charged? It's an insignificant amount that anyone can pay, but it bothers me that I was billed and don't really know why.
If you kept starting and restarting the instance, they that's why.
What does Data Transfer have to do with starting up the instance?
I never restarted the instance, though. There's no reason to.
Check your CPU Credit Balance. Should be in the console home page under monitoring.
