    Default Anyone have Optimum (Cablevision) as their ISP?

    Just out of curiosity, cause I have Optimum as my ISP as well, and I'm not able to connect to the official website or game.

    Run a tracert to see if it's leaving their network.

    I have optimum and I am currently in email contact with support for a couple days, checking and replying when I have time.

    I have optimum. I can connect to the website but I can't get into the game. I managed to login once before the maintenance. After that I could no longer get in.
    I tried Pingzapper yesterday and worked (I was online for 5,6 hours) then it stopped working and PZ is now clutterware, looking pretty on my desktop. I won't risk using a VPN, so I will wait...and wait...and wait...and wait..

    "I am going to escalate this to our engineers. There is a turn around time of 48 - 72 hours and we will contact you to let you know when we have everything up and running. "

    Got this from Optimum, will see what happens then.

    Verizon user here .

    I can connect to PSO2.JP but when i press any link on the site it wont go anywhere lol. how about you guys can you at least access the pso2.jp site ?
