Alright, I was looking for the technical support number on their website -- and I couldn't find it.
Anyways, I opted for a live chat and I had a nice chat with a Optimum representative by the name of "David". Essentially, David was totally oblivious to the whole dilemma that happened to SEGA JP and PSO2. Therefore, he decided to escalate the issue towards the Engineers, and hoped for this issue to be resolved relatively quickly.
If anything, I'm going to give them a call customer service tomorrow and portray myself as my sibling or something, so I can raise the awareness towards Optimum.
