    Default PS VITA 3G Login?

    I am in UK. Vita updated PSO2 files via wifi no probs.
    I cannot login to server via wifi nor can I get to PSO2 JP website via wifi.
    HOWEVER, I can access the JP website via 3G BUT I still get error 249 when I try and get into the game via 3G.
    I am on Vodafone UK...... is there anything I can do to login via 3G?
    Is anyone else able to connect via 3G from UK? if so what network are you on please??
    My signal is 100% and I have always been able to connect and play without issues in the past using 3G and current service provider.
