Signature images are limited to a combined total of 600 pixels in width, 180 pixels in height, and 50,000 bytes in filesize. For signatures without images, you may only have 5 lines of text. If there is a picture in the signature, the combined height of the picture and text shall not exceed 180 pixels.
Well for a majority of the users, we can only login with VPN or other various programs that change/mask our IP. I am not aware of any Vita applications/programs that the vita can run to hide it's IP. So for the vita version you will just have to wait it out. Sorry to be the bearer for bad news.
No it's fine I am not so hurt about it so much.
As I am moving out of the States to Japan so I would
be able to connect while I am there, Just have my nephew
who is not able to play due to what happened and he also
uses his PSVita to play.

you need to fake your IP to login even at vita
use an usb wifi, conectify software, VPN client and you can play again at vita
