Unhappy Help/tips for recovering SEGA ID password

    Hello,

I haven't logged into PSO2 in a long time and managed to forget my password. Apparently when I created the account I didn't use my real birthday, and I don't remember the security question.

I know my Sega ID and still have access to the email account I used to sign up.

    Moving beyond "you're screwed"

I've tried contacting Sega and communicating in translated English to Japanese, but that didn't seem to work so I sent another more descriptive email in English and Japanese. I haven't heard back from them yet..

Does anyone have any experience in a similar situation? Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks for any replies

    "Help me! I am Gaijin!"

Don't think Sega will reply to that email...
I don't need a signature pic, I would end up changing it all the time.

    Thanks for the pro tip

@Shinamori - idk maybe in hopes of getting any response considering their foreign policy...

@Lina - Yeah, they probably wouldn't. Good thing I didn't say that.. They did reply to the email I did send however...

Please don't waste our time if you don't have anything useful to add to the thread..
    Thanks

Translated English to Japanese is basically screaming that you're not a native JP speaker.
