How is Tagami JB?

They're okay, but the weapon's best PA resets gear to 0 pretty often (but the potential applies to it so it's okay).
Like with all Tagami weapons, there's usually better options you could take.

How do Seiga JBs hold against Zirenheit? Is the difference in damage significantly better, or just marginally better? I'm already running around with a 10504 Zirenheit and I'm a little on the fence about ranking up to Seiga JBs (for exchange).

The 13s you get for Kageseo stones. Whatever they're called.

They're Quartz Cless.

Spirit potential increases damage when above 30% PP by 10%, and attack PP by 30%. Obtained by exchanging 200 Kagaseo stones from Tokyo. The Tokyo grind is more lenient than Ares, while the boots themselves provide higher and more consistent damage. The extra PP is a cherry on top. That makes Quartz Cress a very accessible pair of Jet Boots for the performance it gives.

any 13* is better than a non 13*, quotz JB are specially nice since the pot has an exelent synergy with deband pp restore/pp field (if you use it)

I'm really curious how the crafted Kestral Rampage will work. Like will it just take the gear and increase the range, or take the gear and add more multiplier to it.
