Zeno's town costume

I can't seem to find any male costumes i would like but Zeno's town gear http://imgur.com/a/pSY3X looks really cool. Though he doesnt have it a equiped in quests and i can't find it on the wiki. Is it obtainable?

He switches to that later in the Story, at the end of Episode 2.
Actually if you haven't reached that point he shouldn't wear it yet, guess the EP3 Update changed that.
It's not obtainable yet.

If you have the EP3 matterboard selected, he'll show up in his old spot with his new outfit. Infact npc appearances depends on which matterboard you have equipped, heh.
