Phantasy Star Nova release in Asia?

I was wondering if there was any word as to weather PSN would be released in the Asia territory? I found out through Wikipedia (Not 100% sold on the info) that it looks to be. I also checked Playasia and they have it on there but as for a release date they went with just November 2014 instead of the actually release day that the Japanese version has. I know this is a PSO2 board but there doesn't seem to be a board for PSN. If this needs to be moved then please do so.
