Has anyone found that making a new account bypasses all the ip lock or something and enables you to connect to a ship im wanting to connect through vita.
It doesn't work like that. Rather, the registration and the servers themselves are currently inaccessible without the use of a VPN. Creating a new account will not bypass that.
