So, i want to play PSO2 again and i figured i'd get it on vita but, before i spend $50 i was wondering if there is an IP ban in NA since i don't think you can use a vpn on a vita...
Don't get the vita version, we're not IP banned but, a bunch of ISP's are cut off from PSO2 servers. There's easy-ish work-arounds to get on the server with PC version, but Vita is more complicated/not sure if doable.

It isn't an IP Ban persay but connection issues with certain providers.
If you can access the pso2jp site with out any issues then there is no IP block for you.

I guess i'll just play on PC but i was really hoping for some on the go grinding.
It's not a ban, or an IP block. It's that someone without anything resembling qualifications is somehow a sysadmin.
