Problem when launching the launcher?

I recently installed the game through torrent. At least I'm pretty sure I did. And I'm now having a problem where whenever I start the game using the launcher this comes up http://puu.sh/cdrHA.jpg It's error #103 and I already saw a thread about it saying "disable all firewalls" which I already did and It's still giving me this. Any help would be SOOO Appreciated!

You might need a vpn to help you connect. Two options 1.) Use special Tweaker proxy, 2.) Download a trusted free vpn thingy.

Thanks a TON! I haven't started playing YET but I didn't get the error code after downloading and using the vpn. So it probably worked!! D It's checking files right now. Again thanks a lot!

Hmm we need a vpn now? Did they finally IP ban western players or is it just for the updater that we need a vpn? (I'm also getting this error)
