    Bind Bullet simply sucks, therefore don't get it (as well as Mirage Shot, Panic Shot, Jellen Shot).

    In reference to the skill tree that you posted, Hunter Skill Tree is fine. However, Ranger Skill Tree depends A LOT on personal preferences and your own individual play style; you'd have to think about this one. Are you the guy who stays back and support everyone with WB and kill whatever's left over? Or are you the guy who's in the vanguard position of the MPA and charging forward?

    Some people put points into Power Bullet + PP Save Bullet, particularly if they like shooting from a distance and mobs/boss are not near enough to regen pp by tossing grenades.

    Some people like Moving Snipe for PAs such as One Point and Cosmos Breaker.

    Some people like Killing Bonus 'cause they're always at the forefront of the MPA using PAs like Zero Distance and Cosmos Breaker with Launcher, Diffuse Shell with Rifle.

    Some people like to put a few points into Dive Roll Advance to help facilitate dodging bosses' attacks.

    Some people like Upper Trap to help further regen pp along with Gravity/Stun grenades and for Hot Wheel Boss.

    Some people even like having Weak Hit Blast Bonus to help with mobbing (like the Ultimate Quests) and for PE Bursts since it builds the PB gauge quickly so they can repeatedly use Julia Nifta.

    Simply put, it's a matter of preference.

    What rifle PA's are recommended at the current time? Constantly feel relatively ineffective when having to stick to rifle as a GU/RA for when there are no other weak bullet appliers in a MPA (especially with several RA's only recently that never fire a weak bullet and only use sphere eraser...the ring isn't even out yet!) so if there are any other tips for rifle use for gunners that would be helpful.

    Have mostly been using...
    ...for mobbing, *glorious rain mostly with gravity grenade and *one point for absentminded spraying
    ...for bosses, swapping between *satellite cannon (few bosses) and *end attract (most bosses, also sometimes used while mobbing if several tough targets spread in a row)

    Also is there any etiquette regarding non-boss weak bullet usage? Tend to quickly mark tough normal targets or otherwise use up weak bullets off cooldown if there is already someone marking bosses, but sometimes that seems to scare those already marking off of marking other bosses.

    That's probably due to GU's damage multipliers really being counter-intuitive with Rifle's playstyle. You only have Perfect keeper and close range advance to trigger for the GU side of things. Ra gets Weak hit advance obviously, but also 20% from standing snipe, Sooo basically you need to stay standing right in front of angry boss with full life if you want decent damage...well, you get the issue

    Nothing to say about used PAs those are the right ones. Don't forget diffuse shell as a more direct way of mobbing. for bosses, the ones you've mentioned are staples but don't forget sneak shooter for quick bursts of damage and One point to be able to move/dodge an incoming attack in situations where other PAs would leave you too vulnerable.

    It's SatCan and EA as you said, also Sneak Shooter for Standing Snipe bonus, it has a bit quicker animation+JA ring than it takes for SS to activate but it's enough for EA afterdelay to chain EA>Sneak Shooter>EA, you can also wait a bit before using Sneak Shooter for SS bonus for the following PA, and you want that 32% bonus damage for slow Ra PAs.
    As for other, as Zeph said it's One Point that is good because you can move and shoot which is like the only defense Ra with loaded bullet has, and Diffuse Shell which is really good at mobbing. Glory rain is too slow both to use and to do full damage, usually the mobs are dead long before that.

    I don't think there's a Ra etiquette or ever was such thing, just do whatever you think is best, like wbing large, beefy enemies or funhouses everyone just rushes at even when they can aim for the eye. If there's an extra Ra then just go for TMGs and don't bother.

    Only Weak Bullet is worth skillpoints. Massive Bullet is mostly useless as surely you can look around and see if it's safe to load the bullet. Keep Roll Shoot isn't very useful, the PP gain is minimal(3) and it's no good for starting EA/SC due to no SS bonus, if anything I highly recommend you to get minimum attribute Orbit lawnchair to +30 pot1 for that sweet PP regen, with it and PP Save Bullet you'll always fight with your WB loaded and have enough PP to actually do damage.

    guys this is awesome, that parallel slider type-0 can hover even not a cast race and yet still shooting while holding RMB, and non weak bonus left ring seems good too, i tried it, looks sphere eraser is good PA to use, but hard for people who does not have orbit

    Most definitely crit ring here, more damage for less conditions with A.I.S Rifle.

    Parallel Slider t0 has iframes on startup that allows to dodge attacks earlier after using EA/SC because you can use PAs at the start of JA circle and dive roll only in the end. It also has high DPS so it's really good when you can't use multihit EA or charge SC. You also get to retain SS bonus while evading the attack and get a JA circle, so it's really good.

    Impact Slider has iframes for sliding animation but who cares when you have PSt0. Also sega hates RaBr, you get no bonus for lawnchair with weak stance, so fuck Ra.

    L/Slow Dive Roll is 0.8s at +20. Does it stack with Dive Roll Advance?

    Do try a procced standing snipe parallel slider type 0 and then get close and personal to proc zero range (once started with standing snipe all hits get the bonus while moving) on a weak point+wb for maximum rifle damage, try to have at least 160pp to fully enjoy it.

    You can also go full shotgun since its designed for close quarters and prioritizes weakspots.

    But even tho, if your main is gunner you should be chain triggering bosses, not using SatCan.
