Character Creation request/help

Ok, so I've been trying to make a character to resembles this guy (1st attachment) [ Face-wise ]

Thing is 1.) I think when you've made about 20 attempts and all of them have failed you need help
2.) I REALLY REALLY REALLY don't want to use (2nd attachment)
here, why? because I personally can't stand the look of it.

Anyway, if anyone is willing to help me make this character, or just make it themselves, that would greatly appreciated

Eyes: Low Highlights L
Other than that i think everything else is available by default

EDIT: Adjusted skincolor a bit. I think it's ok now
