I like overall look, but the proportions need work. I love the clothing and accessory combination, gives her a 50s bar singer look (I believe?). The boobs and the face look rushed, though.
Hmm... Originally I was gonna say no. I just remembered, however, that right before I deleted her I was in a lobby getting everything off of her. If she had really long green hair and her name was in katakana (パルテナ) then that was probably me.
