can't change graphic settings

i wanted my game to display high quality graphic and i maxed all 4 video sliders but now the graphic looks lower than before why?

If you are using the Tweaker, hit the orb and go to PSO2 Options:

These are the settings you need to get the best base quality for the game.

The in-game shader sliders effect lighting, shadow detail, and loaded character models. Anti-aliasing makes sure that edges are less jagged, but can also make things seem a bit more blurry.

As long as you have Shader Quality set to Normal in the options, you can modify some graphics settings in-game. They are primarily things that, when turned off, can lessen the load on the game.

works perfectly but i don't know why in game i get some sort of delay(i'm playing in shiranoria instance) i see the characters they don't move for a few seconds r i run into meseta but they don't get picked up tho i did check to automatically pick up money

Network lag. If you are using the PSO2proxy, you will experience quite a bit. Even without it, if you are playing during peak JPN hours, the server can lag something fierce.
