PSO 2 ES, Can't log in?

(Attempted to upload a ss, but my post count is not greater than 10)

I get this error when i try to log in, it worked yesterday. Is it simply because the server for PSO2 is down? Help! (I don't know if this is the right place for this, but I assumed it was closest because I did not see a pso2 es forum)
