Ship 2 has the largest English-speaking community, but the flip side of that is that there tends to be a lot of ass-hats; I think that the other English communities are on 10 and 8(?). Figured out that error. Needed a new publickey.blob
Now I just have one more error :P I need to login and register this to PSO2 although I have the SEGA ID already. Here goes a Japanese captcha attempt ;P
