Help With Setting up My PS4 Controller on PSO2

Hi, iv been trying to get my controller working with pso2 for a couple day now and i cant seem to get it.
I plug in my controller and set it up in PSO2 but after i do the Calibration it wants to use my Triggers as analog. when i press LT it wants to look up and when i let go it shoots back down by itself.iv tried alot and was hoping to get some help here.
