Next time OP, use the thread for the tweaker. Replies after often and solutions aren't always instant. You're quite lucky, other communities would have just done the opposite.

Mine will not update at all as well... I have no AV/security/Windows settings to prevent it from updating. Could the one posted @ arks layer be updated so people who do have this issue can still use the current one. I understand the updates are happening very quickly to it and uploading every minor change would seem pointless so only major updates are posted to A-L. I am thankful for every update, I just wish I could use them. The newest update looks great but again, I can't download it.

who is your hosting provider if anything the fact that my router is blocking the connection period means that your hosting provider may have gotten into some trouble in the past

i would recommend switching hosting providers as i can confirm after using a vpn i can download the file but without a vpn my router blocks

you're going to get a lot of users who will have this same problem if you can't/don't
