What's the best way to make Stat5 fodders?

It does right down the bottom? If you read the rest of the guide it explains all the terminology used in the small 5 affix part? It's entirely possible I'm misunderstanding how stat5 is different from 5 affixes since I'm also a newer player? Do you have to be a tool when someone was just trying to help while offering absolutely nothing helpful on your own?

3x III > 40% @IV or 3x III + bsoul > 60% @IV

3x IV > 30% @V


I would recommend transferring them all to a 1* npc to get the 3x matching boost to increase those odds if you're planning on making units, wpns not so much unless you're doing stuff like mod/flict/alter combo stuff.

I don't understand how you can come up with affixing strategies, and milk the market for billions, but some of the most basic questions about the game most people know the answer to, you ask here. You're weird.
