PSO2 Shops

So I haven't played PSO2 in a while and was wondering what happened to player shops as I can't find them anymore. And whenever I try to see my shop it asks for a password. I don't recall putting a password on it at all and everything looks the same and unchanged so I know my account isn't compromised. Just wondering what I need to do to fix this little roadblock.

I'm playing both on Vita and PC, with Vita being the dominant client I play on more.

You must have been gone for quite a while. Shop passwords were implemented on 4 September 2013.
