A: This is simply another way to obtain information. If you don't like it, that's alright. Not everyone here goes on PSO2 and/or Bumped or uses PSO2 Tweaker, so this thread is to keep everyone in the know on PSO-World.
Q: Okay. So I know that now, but what are you doing differently?
A: The difference with this thread is that it shows what *new* content within the update(s) has been translated and what hasn't yet. However, as I'm unable to cover all of what has either been broken in translation or remains untranslated by myself at times, I'd urge anyone who notices new content that needs to be translated to post that here in a screenshot!
Q: What about any untranslated Matter Boards, Event Fields, and Story Quests?
A: Anything related to the Story Patch should be posted on that thread, not here. If related to the Story Patch, please use
the existing Story Patch thread by AIDA here.
Q: Do you update what story content has been translated?
A: I'll certainly try my best to do so! When new story content gets translated, I'll also reflect what has been translated on this thread to the best of my ability.

A: I don't expect to. If you guys can lend a helping hand by posting anything that should be translated, it'd be a major help! o/

A: Any major game features that have just been added are our priority. Please do not send us recommendations to translate things like Client Orders (aside from their objectives in yellow, if those aren't already translated), NPC chatter, Weapon/Unit/Item descriptions (not titles), or anything else that is under the category of extraneous content.
Q: Will you be adding any other features to this thread?
A: This thread is modular, and I plan to add reference guides for newcomers made by the community as well as people who may just be coming back to the game from hiatus and will update that list of guides as future updates inevitably come so people can always be well-informed of the game's features and how to use PSO2 Tweaker to update the game and install the English patches. And, yes, you do get your name credited for helping out in this thread in the credits section below! Authors of reference guides other than any made by myself will also be displayed next to their guides.
Q: Can I recommend to you any threads to add to your list of guides or any new features for this thread?
A: Sure! As long as it's something important for newcomers and players alike, I'm always willing to try out new things with this thread. I'm always working on trying to keep that section as up-to-date as possible.
Q: Why you no talk about PSO2es? ;w;
A: Sorry but this thread is only for Phantasy Star Online 2 (PC). Anything regarding PSO2es and Phantasy Star Nova or other games don't get posted here.
Q: So, give me a quick recap. What exactly is this thread for again?
A: This thread serves as a repository of information regarding future updates and maintenance for the game and goes into extreme detail regarding what you can expect in each update. It is also the only place you can find an easy-to-use Archive of translated PSO2 JP news!
Q: Why have an Archive, though?
A: I want this thread to serve as an Archive as well because there have been many cases where players just feel out of the loop upon coming back to the game after a hiatus (no matter how long that hiatus may be). This will provide an extremely accessible and organized Archive that can access all news and updates all from one page (so-to-speak). The only content that 'does' get archived are actual maintenance periods. News of future updates have no need of being mentioned in that section because they'll be implemented later on. It's crazy no one ever thought of this before, huh?
Q: IS THE SERVER UP YET?!
A: On the usual day of maintenance, I'm able to inform everyone here of when the servers are back up and running in a separate post. If you get to it before me, you can call it first and get Kudos for doing it before anyone else does in the Credits post by being the first to let people know three times in-a-row! Don't be discouraged if you miss a maintenance period to be the first to say the servers are back online if I post and say so myself! I do not count my posts as another member's post in order to avoid having a situation where getting your name listed in the Credits is stopped because of me.
