It's pretty clear Sega doesn't want the main way of getting these outfits to be just purchasing AC. The memories from spending AC are just a bonus. It just so happens that this bonus is the only accessible way of obtaining memories outside of Japan. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

It required doing a ton of annoying shit that cost real money, totalling ~$1500 USD.

I got my ordered AC today... Is it too late to buy the Gold Ticket Scratch now to receive the Ragol Memories? I see something on Bumped that says it's untill the 1st of july or is that only the Rappy Suit u get as an extra?
I can't answer your specific questions, but I was told that single AC tickets were being sold at 100 AC up until the 1st of July.
No idea if that's related or not.
