Hmm, doesn't actually sound all that bad.
Sure, it's not ares or ideal but it's basically fury boost potential + weaker version of light formation. It's not bad actually.

i just want to make sure 1 thing , you gain the extra damage and the PP cost reduction at the same time ? or are 2 separate potentials
