Game won't launch at all after latest update

I tried almost everything to get the game to run!

File Check: Nothing!
Restart: Nothing!
Run as Administrator: Nothing!

Note: Not using the English patch or tweaker and Windows Defender is off.

I'm almost at a standstill.

That's nothing! My game-guard destroys my internet connection to the point I have to restart my PC! Its been doing this since last month, 1 out of 11 tries I get lucky but its driving me insane!
