These books can be a pain in the neck to find, yeah. I got the 2012-2015 Fashion Catalogue on eBay after someone bought it and used the item codes, and put it up basically new, maybe you might luck out there. Or perhaps later, finding it used on Mandarake or Yahoo Auctions Japan. You'll be needing a proxy service, though.

You could try ordering from a Kinokuniya if there's one near you. Otherwise you'd be advised to look for a middleman who does direct Akiba purchases.

CDJapan also was stocking it, that's where I ordered mine from. Unfortunately you've missed the boat by a week or so, it's out of stock everywhere currently. Might be worth just keeping an eye on AmiAmi, CDJapan and Amazon JP in case it gets a restock at some point.

I was hopping the fashion catalogue would be restocked by the release of this book and order both from amazon.jp, but nope, amazon is filled with second hand ones from people that provably only wanted the code :S I hope they are restocked in the future, what is the expiration date of the codes?
