Error 110 in PSO2es after making purchase

So i logged into Phantasy Star Online 2 es and made a purchase through google and now every time i log in i get error 110 and automatically logs me out. is their any solution for this problem?

There was a previous thread that had a similar problem. It's pretty old and I'm not even sure if it got resolved, but you can take a look and see if it fixes your problem.

yeah ive seen that post its not relevant to my problem because all my login info is correct and ive been using it for a long time. It wasnt until after a charged AC that it started kicking me out of the game every time i log in.
