Was curious about this, I streamed some stuff for a friend to show off the game, is it against the ToS to stream PSO2 and can it get you banned from the game since its JP PSO2 and you are streaming an english patch?

They probably won't bother until few people start submitting report to your ID, and since you're streaming your character name (and probably your ID can be seen, also) it'll make them easier to track you, too.
Better be safe than sorry.
A lot of people have streamed the game, should be anything to get worried about. People could report you even while not streaming, they just need to examine you.
