Best subclass for a female Newman with a full t-atk mag? Braver maybe? Or Bouncer with a critical build? And what would be the skilltree for either of those? Thanks in advance.

There's no universal "best" sub for Su, since the sub you take depends on what you're doing. Having a mag of whatever is your sub's primary stat can be useful, since you can double dip, with atk ups, but I wouldn't consider it required for normal play.
Fi, Br, and Gu are the main Su subs. Gu however is falling out of favor with the upcoming CT nerf combined with the damage cap they've been adding to all the bosses you'd actually want chain for.
Look through these. http://arks-layer.com/skillsim/skill...bsHNfdxIb00008
I included a Gu tree too because there are pets besides Maron that can take advantage of chain, and with Marron's decreased up time, they might actually be worth using, even without the chain finish skill working for pets.
EDIT: Derp, I forgot PP slayer on the Fi-tree.

Fi: Brave / Wise stance (50% in total / 75.5% in total), PP slayer (T attack +200)
Bo: Elemental stance (total 32%) or Break stance (total 48.5%) Shifta air (5% always apply since pet flying) T attack up 1 (+50)
Br: Average stance (total 26.5% / charge 39.1%) or Weak stance (total 48.5% / charge 63.35%)
Fi stance dance high multipliers, Bo efficiency depends on if you can use weak element, Br stance kind of weakest here.

Ok i have not tried melon yet but just tried marron in this eq.
I'll say this. having more than 2 active Marrons on your palette is probably about right.
It's just a waste of time tossing it anytime before final stage. ( No more free damage sob sob)
Marron is still viable due to being able to survive so much abuse.
how many hits is it taking for critical mass potatoes now anyway
Heard someone said 8, but it feels like it needs more. Been busy with hero so I haven't gotten the chance to test.
I'm hearing about 9ish myself now that I went looking around.
either way, I think the goal here was to kill revolver meta without taking away marron's real purpose of punishing aggressive enemies, or serving as a counter-attack to a flurry of hits.
I only had three marrons myself even before this change, but I was hard pressed to get all three of them dead at the same time.

So I haven't played in a while, came back and instantly unlocked level 80 cap because of my level 120 pet...
That's cool and all, but is there still no way to increase Summoner damage further? I see a couple new takts with minor % damage boosts to your pet if you get the potential, but my pet is still capped at 120, and unless they changed it, takts don't affect pet damage.
What's the end game progression here? While everyone else is getting stronger weapons, I'm still using the same exact level 120 pets I was before. I'm not opposed to this really, but I am just curious if there's something I'm missing or something they have added. The only pet I'm missing is the new 13 star version of Rappy, but I am not imagining that to be stronger than every other pet (correct me if I'm wrong).
Nothing new really, not even new parfaits, pretty sure Su will probably be dead this ep5 unless they add new pets or pafaits, but i'd wait for buster quest tho just in case they add a new parfait.
